From April 1 to June 30, you can do self-check the Information System Security policy, change your TCU account password, and register for the emergency system.
Please be sure to complete them within the specified period.
1.Information System Security Policy Self-check
We have established the Information System Security policy to protect the information systems and user data on campus. You need to self-check that you understand and comply with this policy correctly. As this is a very important check, please be sure to carry it out by June 30.
Your password will become invalid if you do not perform a self-check on the Information System Security policy by June 30 and you will not be able to use your TCU account unless you perform a self-check, Be sure to change it by the deadline.
2.Change your TCU account password
As part of Information System Security measures, we ask all users of the university’s information systems to change their passwords.
Your password will become invalid if you do not change it by June 30 and you will not be able to use your TCU account unless you change your password. Be sure to change it by the deadline.

3.Emergency System Registration/Change/Confirmation

Safety Confirmation Service) is a system through which the university will send emergency contact e-mails to students and the faculty in the case of a pandemic outbreak or the occurrence of a disaster.
